There are 7 bedrooms. One of those is a loft above the main living areas. It has a king bed and private bath but no walls. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There are 2 rooms with full beds that share a bathroom. At the other end of the penthouse there is a regular size room with a queen bed. another room with a full bed and single. and the smallest room has a full bed. These 3 rooms share a large bathroom This condo is rockstar cool. It is a full two stories and has 30-foot ceilings and is very modern. There is a large kitchen with bar seating for 8. The kitchen has everything you might need including a real espresso machine. The condo has 10 air conditioners. There are 3 large televisions with Netflix and cable. We have fast internet and seamless WiFi throughout. This is the perfect in-town location. The pool is massive and beautiful. There is a playscape area for children and three jacuzzi tubs along with one of the largest swimming pools I have ever seen. This penthouse has a balcony that is 80 feet long with views of the Pacific ocean, the mountains and all of Jaco. This property will be the backdrop of a vacation you will never forget

My group of 12 had an amazing time at this spot - it comfortably fit us all and had air conditioning units in every room plus the living room. Between using the pool table in the living room, the speaker to play music and the large pool the condo offered we had lots of fun things we could do. I appreciated that there were both bath towels and pool towels as well as laundry and plenty of pillows. The place was well stocked with the necessities. Lastly, I cannot express my thanks enough to the hosts who were there whenever we had a question and helped us arrange things like transportation and excursions at competitive prices. The hosts are so attentive and wonderful - I highly recommend this spot.

The location was perfect, right near downtown with so much to do, yet still felt relaxing and special. Our family loved exploring the area, from the beautiful beaches to snorkeling adventures, and we were even lucky enough to see sloths and monkeys, which was unforgettable. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. The pool was a huge bonus and quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind after full days of exploring. Brittney was an outstanding host. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on and truly elevated our experience. She was proactive in reaching out daily to ensure things met our expectations. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Costa Rica adventure and would absolutely return!
