This is the ultimate Penthouse, a short walk to town and even closer to the beach. It's the perfect spot for that Jaco, Costa Rican vacation you've been dreaming about. The pool and view is INCREDIBLE!
Good to know
There are 7 bedrooms. One of those is a loft above the main living areas. It has a king bed and private bath but no walls. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There is one bedroom with two twin beds and another room with a king bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. At the other end of the penthouse are two bedrooms with king beds that share a giant bathroom. There is a very small room with bunk beds off this bathroom. This condo is rockstar cool. It is a full two stories and has 30-foot ceilings and is very modern. There is a large kitchen with bar seating for 8. The kitchen has everything you might need including a real espresso machine. The condo has 12 air conditioners. There are 3 large televisions with Netflix and cable. We have fast internet and seamless WiFi throughout. This is the perfect in-town location. The pool is massive and beautiful. There is a playscape area for children and three jacuzzi tubs along with one of the largest swimming pools I have ever seen. This penthouse has a balcony that is 80 feet long with views of the Pacific ocean, the mountains and all of Jaco. This property will be the backdrop of a vacation you will never forget

We had an incredible stay at this apartment last week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The Apartment
First and foremost, the space is impressively large. We were a group, and everyone felt completely comfortable with plenty of room to breathe. It’s rare to find a place that feels this spacious while remaining cozy. Every room is perfectly climate-controlled, which made a huge difference in our comfort level. The apartment is also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay—it truly felt like a home away from home.
The Amenities
The condominium facilities are top-notch. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool, which was a massive hit. It’s designed perfectly for both kids and adults, and the temperature was spot on.
Connectivity
I had up to 15 devices connected at the same time throughout our stay, and the connection remained stable.

We had a fantastic vacation in Costa Rica. The apartment was really nice, close to everything, very clean and comfortable.
The concierge team was excellent. Made everything extremely easy and very smooth from the very start of our vacation until the end.
Jaco, the town was a great place and we all thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Costa Rica. We did not need to rent a car. Ubers were easy to use.
We can't wait to come back!

Our Penthouse was fantastically located within walking distance to the south end of Jaco where you’ll find an abundance of yummy restaurants. The pool was amazing, large in size and warm like bath water. The security to e there into Jaco Bay condos is very strict so you always feel safe. Highly recommend!

Cant say enough about this place . My second time staying in one of Chadwick's Penthouse , Karolina our Concierge was awesome helped us with everything bookings, Transportation to and from Airport, recommendations, etc loved the pool and the residents super friendly can't wait till I return. ( and yes the small room has a portable fan and it was cool)

This AirBnb was everything my group needed. Spacious penthouse with five king beds which is hard to find when browsing through listings. The view was both a mountain and ocean view as described. Security was great and very helpful making it easy to safely but easily bring additional guests. The shared pool and volleyball field was a really nice amenity to have. The unit itself was very private on one floor only shared by one other unit that was quiet. Brittany and the Costa Rica Elite team were also very helpful in suggestions, help, and excursions/services if you choose to book through them. The fully fledged kitchen and counter area were also a nice thing to have on a longer trip. The location of the place was also conveniently located next to all of the activities to do, nightclubs, food, and beach. Overall my group was very pleased with the experience in Costa Rica and this penthouse was a huge reason for it. I would highly suggest booking it whether it be for a boys/family trip.

Everything about the penthouse was great! Brittany was awesome and helped us find things to do and places to go. the only negative was the small elevator. It could fit maybe 4 people max without accidentally rubbing against the buttons which makes you stop on numerous floors. but 2 or 3 at a time was no problem. also, one morning there was a drumline practicing next door at 8am which woke some of us up...but other that that, it was great views, great hospitality and great space. literally one of the largest condos with super high ceilings made us feel like royalty. would definitely recommend!
