We had an incredible stay at this apartment last week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Apartment First and foremost, the space is impressively large. We were a group, and everyone felt completely comfortable with plenty of room to breathe. It’s rare to find a place that feels this spacious while remaining cozy. Every room is perfectly climate-controlled, which made a huge difference in our comfort level. The apartment is also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The Amenities The condominium facilities are top-notch. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool, which was a massive hit. It’s designed perfectly for both kids and adults, and the temperature was spot on. Connectivity I had up to 15 devices connected at the same time throughout our stay, and the connection remained stable.

We had a fantastic vacation in Costa Rica. The apartment was really nice, close to everything, very clean and comfortable. The concierge team was excellent. Made everything extremely easy and very smooth from the very start of our vacation until the end. Jaco, the town was a great place and we all thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Costa Rica. We did not need to rent a car. Ubers were easy to use. We can't wait to come back!

Our Penthouse was fantastically located within walking distance to the south end of Jaco where you’ll find an abundance of yummy restaurants. The pool was amazing, large in size and warm like bath water. The security to e there into Jaco Bay condos is very strict so you always feel safe. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home for our wedding week in Jacó. The house itself is stunning and comfortably accommodated all 30 of our guests — everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the property. The courtyard was a true highlight, with the pool, hot tub, steam room, and cold plunge creating a perfect resort-like experience right at home. It made the entire week feel elevated and special. The staff were outstanding — from housekeeping to evening security, everything was seamless and well taken care of. And our host was truly exceptional. They were always checking in, helping with plans, booking tours, and providing perfect local recommendations that made our trip effortless. This was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We fell in love with Jacó — from the beach to the food to the unique energy of the town. Highly recommend this home for any large group or special occasion — it exceeded every expectation. 🌴

We stayed here with a group of 24, ages 4 to 51, traveling from the United States for my 50th birthday. Everything was perfect and the home exceeded expectations. The layout was ideal with one side for the kids and the other for adults, making it comfortable for everyone. The location was unbeatable, about a 30 second walk to the beach and just as close to shops and restaurants. Brittany, the concierge, was outstanding. Very responsive, professional, and helpful from weeks before our trip through each day of our stay. The housekeeper kept everything spotless, and Walter the security guard was friendly and added peace of mind. The home had great amenities including a pool, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and an awesome outdoor bar and grill area. The home was exactly as advertised, if not better, and easily handled our large group without ever feeling crowded or limited in space. We never once felt unsafe. Amazing experience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again.

Awesome Villa for family's or groups. Karolina is amazing and was more than willing to help in any way she could. The Villa was cleaned daily and felt safe. I had not one single complaint and the group loved it

We had an amzing stay. The hosts were great and very active at all times. They gave suggestions and really made the whole stay more pleasant. The location was away from all the traffic and noise but close enough to walk or take rides to get to all the action when needed. The place was amazing and everything the pictures said it was. I would definitely stay there again!!

Our stay at Chadwick’s Airbnb in Jaco was incredible. We stayed in the top-floor penthouse (7 rooms, 4 bedrooms), perfect for our group of 8 adults, 2 babies, and a pregnant woman. The space was comfortable and ideal for a large group. The pool was fantastic, and great food was less than a 2-minute walk away. Brittany, the co-host/concierge, truly set this apart. She created communication before arrival and was extremely responsive. She booked our in-home massages, golf carts, Tortuga Island, Manuel Antonio, and transportation for everything. When small issues came up (A/C, late transport, missing high chair), she handled them immediately—even offering to personally deliver items. She was also honest about excursions, even advising against options that would’ve cost us more. Pricing was equal to or lower than booking directly, which built significant trust. Highly recommend—if we’re back in CR, Chadwick and Brittany are our first call.
